AlphaGen Mindset
AlphaGen mindset is leading even when you feel uncomfortable or feel like you aren’t worthy of leading others. It’s making the choice of doing right even when your the only one standing for it. It’s being a leader and an example in the household and showing your family you’ll do whatever it takes to lead them and take care of them. It’s staying on top of your health, motivating yourself, and reaching new goals in fitness and in life. The AlphaGen mindset is needed in our walk in faith, our families, and our goals in health and fitness. It’s not just a mindset, it’s a lifestyle.

Our logo is representing our brand by having the “A” in front to represent the “Alpha” and the Omega in our lives, our Savior Jesus. As we strive daily to be more like him and follow his example. To lead with love and compassion, but to also lead with boldness and determination. The “G” is for generation. We are all called to be a chosen generation and royale priesthood. Combined, AlphaGen represents mindset not a “look” that we are striving for of perseverance. That no matter how many times we fall, to get back up, dust yourself off ,and press on! We are all fearfully and wonderfully made and have the potential to be an Alpha Generation.
Our Team
Josh Sprinkle
I’m Josh Sprinkle, co-owner of AlphaGen. I tend to work with graphic design and bringing our own ideas to life. I was born and raised in Vincennes, Indiana. Sports, faith, photography, and fitness have always been big in my life. Being a high school and college athlete gave me the attitude to never give up on things when they got hard. In 2020, I graduated from Vincennes University with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Over the last few years faith, family, and fitness have been the biggest things in my life and that’s why I’m helping bring those things to life so you can join in on the ride with us!
Roy Bannister
My Name is Roy Bannister. I am co-owner of Alpha Generation Apparel. I am also a Husband and a father of two amazing young men. My Faith, Family and Fitness is the reason I do everything that I do. I am a universally certified Heating and Air Conditioning Technician by trade. I am also a licensed residential electrician as well. Working in the trades has been a great experience and has served me and my family well, but fitness and taking care of my self has always been a passion. So my self along with business partner Josh have decided to chase a dream we both have had for our futures. I handle more of the business side of Alpha Gen. To be an Alpha is not about a look but about a mindset. I refuse to give up on my dreams and I refuse to fail. That is the Alpha Mindset we strive for everyday. My walk with God is also at the center of all I do in my life as well. He is the Alpha that I ultimately strive to be like.
